Ingredients:
1 pound turkey mince
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
1 large egg
2 teaspoons olive oil plus more to brush on top
2 spring onions, thinly sliced (or 1 tbspn finelychopped white onion)

Method:
- Add the turkey mince, onion powder, garlicpowder, cumin, oregano parsley, egg, olive oil,and onions to a bowl. Mix gently with yourhands until well combined. (Be careful not toover mix or the meatballs won’t be moist andsoft).
- Use your hands or an ice cream scoop tomake 15 equal sized meatballs, about 1-inchin diameter to ensure they cook evenly.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan on a medium-high heat and cook the meatballs in smallbatches until browned on all sides for about 6-8 minutes.
