Tuna steak with Vegetables


  • 150-200g fresh tuna steak
  • 150g mushrooms sliced or quartered
  • 50g green pepper
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh dill
  • Peppers
  • Salt


1. Heat half a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms and pepper for about 4-5 minutes.
2. Season with salt and pepper. Rub the tuna with half a tablespoon of olive oil and season with some salt and pepper.
3. Heat a grill pan well and fry the tuna on both sides for about 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
4. Serve the tuna with the vegetables and garnish with fresh dill.
