The type of personal information we collect
We currently collect and process the following information:
- Personal identifiers
- Name, address and contact details including telephone number and email address
- Details about your health, medical conditions, dietary habits and exercise regime
- The coach will also collect and save the following information to help you as best we can:
- Name, address, town, telephone data so that the Coach can find the participant
- Coach: To categorise participants by coach
- E-mail address to send the login code for the online environment
- Date of birth, length, weight, body fat percentage, BMI, body fat mass, occupational- and exercise additions, anthropometric measurements used for calculating and assessing body composition and determining what the caloric requirements are.
- Children, marital status, injuries, problems concerning joints, chronic illness, drug use, doctor’s advice, psychological state, diet history, physical condition, alcohol use, motivation, dietary supplements, nutritional history, exercise history, smoker, partner support, goal, goal in kg/lbs in order to examine how the home, personal, physical and psychological situation is for the coaching
- This data is shared with all staff members of You In Balance to support the coach and participant as well as we can.
We may share this information with BenFit, Netherlands employees to support your coach
How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- You have requested to participate in the BenFit Lifestyle Programme with You In Balance.
- You In Balance processes your data for the following goals:
- Processing your payment
- Sending the newsletter and/or advertisement
- To be able to call or e-mail you when necessary for delivering our products or services
- To deliver goods or services
- To analyse your behaviour on our website to improve the website and personalize our products and services to your preferences
You In Balance shares your data with third parties when this is necessary to carry out our side of the agreement and to fulfil a (possible) legal obligation.
