Pork Tenderloin with Mushroom sauce

Ingredients:
80-100 g pork tenderloin
100 g broccoli, cut into florets
150 g mushrooms, quartered
1 tbsp low fat cream cheese
1tbsp low fat fromage frais
1tspn Dijon mustard
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
Method:
- Season the meat with salt and pepper andcook in a frying pan in 1 tbsp olive oil.
- Cook the broccoli until al dente (or as youprefer)
- In the meantime, sautéthe mushrooms in 1tbsp of oil in a different pan until nice andbrowned
- Add the cream cheese and stir
- Add the mustard and stir
- Add the fromage frais and stir again
- Add seasoning to taste
- Serve the broccoli and pork tenderloin on aplate and pour the mushroom sauce over themeat.
