Mushroom and Spinach Stuffed Pancakes

  • 1 bag of PowerSlim pancake
  • 200 g sliced mushrooms
  • 100 g spinach
  • 1 tbsp herb cheese light
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper


1. Heat half a tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms and spinach for about 5 minutes over medium heat
2. Put the vegetables in a colander and drain the moisture
3. If necessary, use the convex side of a spoon with the spinach to properly express the moisture
4. Season with salt and pepper
5. Put 100 ml of water in the shaker and mix with the contents of the pancake bag
6. Heat the rest of the olive oil in the same pan and bake the pancake for approximately 30 seconds on both sides
7. Spread with the herb cheese, fill with the mushrooms and spinach and roll up
8. Tip : You can also prepare these filled pancakes a day in advance so that you can take lunch to work quickly and easily in the morning
