Lasagne Bolognese

  • 1 box PowerSlim Lasagne sheets
  • 200g minced beef
  • 400g canned tomatoes
  • 4 tsp tomato paste
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 200g mushrooms, chopped
  • 200g celery, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 tbsp Boursin Cuisine Light
  • 200ml beef stock
  • Fresh basil
  • 3 tsp Italian herbs
  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil


1. Preheat the oven to 220 C.
2. Puree the tomato, tomato paste, garlic, basil and Italian herbs in a blender
3. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the onion until translucent
4. Add the minced beef to the pan and fry it until there is no red meat showing, then briefly fry the pieces of mushroom and celery
5. Add the puree and stock and let it reduce for a while
6. Grease an oven proof dish with olive oil
7. Spread a layer of sauce on the bottom and cover with the lasagne sheets. Keep going in this order until the sauce is finished. Make sure you finish with a layer of sauce
8. Divide the 4 tbsp of Boursin cuisine light over the top layer and put the dish in the oven for 40 minutes
