  • 1 bag of PowerSlim Fusilli
  • 40-5 g smoked salmon pieces
  • 10 g broccoli in florets
  • 50g leeks in pieces
  • 50g of bean sprouts
  • 1/2 onion, shredded
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Boursin Light
  • 1/2 fish stock cube
  • Salt and pepper to taste


1. Bring a generous amount of water to the boil
2. Add the fusilli (in the bag) and cook for about 15 minutes
3. Boil the broccoli florets in the pasta water for the last 5 minutes
4. Heat the olive oil in a wok and fry the onion for about 2 minutes
5. Add the leek and fry for a few minutes
6. Drain the fusilli and the broccoli and put them in the wok with the onion and leek
7. Add the Boursin, fish broth cube and the salmon cubes and heat well for a minute
8. Before serving, add the bean sprouts
