  • 40-50g of lean beef, in cubes
  • 100g mushrooms, in quarters
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ onion, sliced
  • 2 tsp tomato puree
  • 3 silverskin onions
  • 200 ml beef broth
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • 1 bay leaf


1. Heat the oil in a frying pan
2. Fry the onion and garlic and add the pieces of lean beef
3. Then add the bay leaf, thyme and tomato puree and fry briefly
4. Deglaze the pan with the broth
5. Reduce the heat to low with the lid on the pan and simmer for 2 hours
6. Stir occasionally and add water if necessary
7. Add the silverskin onions and mushrooms for the last 30 minutes
8. Remove the bay leaf before serving
