Delicious nutritious foods and personal 1:1 coaching will help you lose weight, and learn how to keep it off for good! Weight stabilisation is the most important part of our programme. Once you are comfortable with your new eating pattern then you no longer see it as ‘a diet’ but a way of life; a lighter and healthier life.
With my help, you can achieve a significant reduction in your weight within a relatively short period of time. If the programme is followed correctly, weight loss of between 1.5Kg and 2Kg per week can be achieved.
